With over 15 years of experience in social development and programme implementation, my work has consistently focused on youth empowerment, career guidance, and life-skill development. Across NGOs and CSR initiatives, I have worked closely with students, rural youth, first-generation learners, and young professionals to help them navigate education choices, career pathways, and personal growth with confidence.
A core strength of my experience lies in direct youth engagement. I have designed and facilitated spoken English, soft skills, and employability training for more than 750 young people, enabling them to improve communication, self-confidence, and workplace readiness. I have also coordinated end-to-end academic coaching programmes, including NEET and JEE preparation, supporting over 250 students in making informed academic and career decisions. Through structured counselling, mentoring, and behaviour change communication, I have helped youth identify their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and align their aspirations with realistic opportunities.
As a master degree holder of Applied psychology, combined with hands-on experience in training facilitation and stakeholder engagement, allows me to offer holistic career counselling—going beyond job selection to address mindset, values, skills, and long-term sustainability. I draw from real-world exposure to education systems, corporate expectations, and the development sector to guide young people on career planning, financial awareness, and professional ethics.
